Most of us have experienced the uncomfortable feeling of being asked to speak in public - for work presentations, wedding speeches, job interviews and many other situations!
This 8 week course will guide you through the techniques that will help you build your confidence so that you can make the most of any opportunity.

- How to prepare for a presentation and write a speech that delivers a message!
- How to give and receive feedback
- Understanding body language when delivering a speech
- How to use your voice and presence to support your message

Our experienced facilitators will guide you through each session, providing a supportive and non- judgemental space for you to truly explore your potential and develop your verbal communiation skills.
