Welcome to the Stained Glass course, an experience suitable for individuals of all skill levels.
Whether you’re a beginner seeking some solid foundations or an experienced glass artist aiming to grow your techniques and skills, this course is perfect for you.
If you are a beginner, Kate will guide you step by step through your first project learning all the basic techniques you will need. After these are mastered, you will use your newfound knowledge and skills in a practical setting to design and make more difficult creations. During the course you will learn inventive ways to mix glass pieces together, resulting in stunning finished products in either lead or foil.
In addition, you will become proficient in using the workshop tools and soldering, both essential skills needed.
For those with previous experience in stained glass, this course offers a supportive environment to explore and perfect your skills. Kate will encourage you to pursue any project you choose and then guide you with any advanced skills you may need along the way.
